Usun Yoon presents YOOM™ tomatoes at Fruit Attraction 2019

During the last edition of Fruit Attraction, held in Madrid between the 22nd and 24th of October, we had an exceptional host: the actress and presenter Usun Yoon, who presented our product to a number of media outlets and prepared several creative recipes with it.

Usun emphasized two qualities of YOOM™ tomatoes above all others: their texture, crunchy on the outside yet juicy on the inside, and their flavour, intense and concentrated with just the right balance between sugar content and acidity.

If there's something that distinguishes YOOM™ tomatoes, it’s their combination of amino acids and aromas, which gives them a strong umami flavour—the so-called fifth flavour—, enhancing the intensity and tastiness of food.
