- 1 tub of YOOM™ tomatoes
- 1 handful of crushed dry-roasted pine nuts
- 1 finely chopped clove of garlic
- A few basils
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Tomatoes stuffed with tuna
First, cut a hole in the top of the tomato and hollowed out the inside.
In a bowl, mixed the tuna, natural cream cheese, red onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper and garlic mustard and parsley.
To make it easier to stuff, put this mix into a freezer bag, cut off the corner and stuffed the centre of the tomatoes. To be kept cool.
