YOOM™ Tomato carpaccio
- 1 tub of YOOM™ tomatoes
- 1 handful of crushed dry-roasted pine nuts
- 1 finely chopped clove of garlic
- A few basils
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Snacks and Appetizers
Slice the tomatoes into very thin slices and place them attractively on a plate. Sprinkle the chopped garlic and the pine nuts on top and dress using the vinaigrette!
A few basil leaves on top and your work is done.
