Buddha Bowl with YOOM™ tomatoes and quinoa


- 200 gr of YOOM™  tomatoes
- 300 gr of quinoa
- 1 egg
- Half purple onion
- Half ripe avocado
- Batavia lettuce
- Soya sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper


  • Cook the quinoa and the egg and reserve.
  • Cut the onion and avocado in julienne.
  • Slice the YOOM™    tomatoes in quarters.
  • In a large Bowl place the quinoa first and then spread all the ingredients.
  • Add a dash of soy and another of olive oil.
