Ingredients

  • 200 g of YOOM™ tomatoes
  • 300 g of quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • Half purple onion
  • Half ripe avocado
  • Batavia lettuce
  • Soya sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the quinoa and the egg and reserve.

Cut the onion and avocado in julienne.

Slice the YOOM™ tomatoes in quarters.

In a large Bowl place the quinoa first and then spread all the ingredients.

Add a dash of soy and another of olive oil.
