Gorgeus baked feta cream with basil tomatoes
- 1 package feta cheese
- 2 dl greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- 10 pcs YOOM tomatoes
- 1 baguette
Snacks and Appetizers
Season the cheese with pepper, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil and bake at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes, then mix with the yoghurt.
Toss the tomatoes in oil in a frying pan until slightly softened. (Can be over high heat).
Pile the softened tomatoes on top of the cream and serve with sliced toasted baguette, sprinkle with fresh basil to taste.
