The YOOM™ tomato tartlets

For the tomato gel:

  • 10 units of YOOM™ tomatoes
  • 2 discs of puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of pressed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped basil, salt, freshly ground pepper

2 tartlets




For the recipe for 2 tartlets:

  1. Bake 2 discs of puff pastry blank for 15 minutes. at 200 ° C, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  2. Mix 150 g of the bush with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of pressed garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped basil, salt, freshly ground pepper.
  3. Rinse about ten tomatoes then cut them into 4 quarters.
  4. Spread the pasta discs with the bush mixture.
  5. Spread the tomato quarters nicely on top.
  6. Sprinkle with fleur of salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil.


Serve without delay.
