The YOOM™ tomato tartlets
For the tomato gel:
- 10 units of YOOM™ tomatoes
- 2 discs of puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of pressed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil, salt, freshly ground pepper

For the recipe for 2 tartlets:
- Bake 2 discs of puff pastry blank for 15 minutes. at 200 ° C, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Mix 150 g of the bush with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of pressed garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped basil, salt, freshly ground pepper.
- Rinse about ten tomatoes then cut them into 4 quarters.
- Spread the pasta discs with the bush mixture.
- Spread the tomato quarters nicely on top.
- Sprinkle with fleur of salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
