Spinach-ricotta tart with fried tomates

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 egg (for brushing)
  • 25 dkg ricotta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 small package Baby spinach
  • 15 pcs YOOM tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream, and spinach into the ricotta.

Roll up the edges of the puff pastry and brush with egg.

Spread the cream evenly over the pasta and add the chopped tomatoes.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.
