Sautéed Udon noodles with Salmon and YOOM™
- 200 g of YOOM™ tomatoes
- Fresh Udon noodles
- 100 g of fresh salmon
- 1 purple onion
- Oregano, one red chilli, ground pepper
- A teaspoon of brown sugar
- A splash of water
- Balsamic vinegar reduction
Slice the onion very finely.
Sauté the onion in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Slice the YOOM™ tomatoes in quarters.
Sauté together with the onion.
Add a splash of water, spices, sugar, and soya.
Cook over high heat 5 minutes stirring occasionally and sautéing the YOOM™ tomatoes.
Chop the salmon loins.
Once we have reduced the sauce, add the salmon cubs, the Udon noodles and sauté until the salmon is golden.
Sauté and place it to be served.
